Shipping policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing begins as soon as the order is placed. Please ensure your contact number is active, as our team or courier partner may call to confirm your order before dispatch. COD orders that cannot be confirmed within 24 hours may be cancelled.
Delivery Timeframes Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Karachi: 4–5 business days
- Major cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2–3 business days
- Other cities and remote areas: 5–7 business days
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above PKR 4,500
- Orders below PKR 4,500 will have a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.
