Returns
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, installed, or damaged by the customer.
- Items purchased on sale or clearance.
- Custom or personalized orders.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
