Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–3 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–5 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–7 business days
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our store for updates!
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date through our Contact Us page. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
